Prometheus is an awesome blockbuster of a science fiction experience that will entertain everyone with its awesome effects and mind blowing story about the crew searching for the origin of life. In ‘Alien’ by Ridley Scott the crew are confronted by terror but this time intrigue takes over as they search for the origin of life. The robot played by Michael Fassbender is an eerie member of the crew who is a frightening presence. He was in charge while the rest of the crew were in suspended animation for the duration of the journey. Scientists Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace) and Charlie Holloway (Logan Marshall-Green) found cave drawings that seem to confirm that Space Aliens have visited Earth and are inviting us to visit. Shaw is a creationist whose beliefs are basically unchallenged. There are a number of scientists on board who see the project as a cool experiment. Charlize Theron is a cold commander dressed at all times in a black jump suit. Prometeus himself was a Titan who the gods tortured for giving fire to humans. Eventually the crew find the local Aliens who are decidedly unfriendly which leads to an awesome final showdown. This is the best 3D I have seen, the whole effect is transparent where the visual experience enhances the imagery rather than crowd us with images. The whole effect is mind blowing and I want to see it again.
