Madagascar3 is a delightful comedy about the team of escapees from New York Zoo who are serious about getting home again. The popular series has returned with more mayhem, action and fun with Alex the lion, Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe and Gloria the hippo along with the Penguins with their own brand of craziness, the monkeys and King Julien with his team. They land in Monaco from Africa and head for the Casino which leads to a wonderfully madcap start to their European adventure in a which tribute to Oceans 11. This introduces Captain DuBois, an animal control officer who is told to capture them all, but she wants Alex head on her wall. The way out of their problem is to join a circus which is wonderfully fun take on the Cirque du Soleil with animals replacing the people. Captain DuBois chases them from Monaco to Rome, Paris and London before they travel to America. This wonderful film is for everyone who loves a good laugh. There is wonderful visual humour for the children and jokes for the adults in the audience. There are many tributes to other films in Madagascar3 which is a see it again movie that will give you new laughs every time you sit down to watch it.
