You want to see a movie with your club, colleagues, staff, class or course? No problem at all!
If your group is less than 25 people simply book your tickets online. The cinema screening week starts every Thursday and screen times are updated online every Wednesday prior. Be sure to turn up early so you can all sit together. If it is a busy day let the cleaning staff know so they can assist if necessary.
If your group is larger than 25 people then you qualify for one of our discount Food and Beverage packages. Please fill out the form and let us know which package you are after.

The Group discount is only available for sessions starting after Sunday 6pm to Friday before 5pm and is not available during school holidays or public holidays.
You only need to fill out the form if you want one of the food and beverage packages so we can prepare for your arrival.
Tickets must still be purchased online and the food and beverage packages must be paid for as one transaction before supply.

Group bookings must attend standard public screenings. If you wish for us to screen a particular movie that is not currently screening, or have a private screening or specify a particular start time you will need to hire a cinema.
1. Please use the form to let us know if you have a group of 50 or more people, or you would like to hire the cinema for a private screening, so we can assist and prepare for your visit.
2. Full Cinema Hires are where all seats paid for at discounted rate and include the discounted food and beverage package as well. We can also organise a microphone for any short speeches or presentations prior to the movie. You can generally pick any currently showing movie at that venue. We will try to match a preferred screening time but it is dependent on the duration of the movie and other sessions during the day. Older movies can incur a fee from the distributor for re-shipping and processing costs. Requests for cinema hires must be organized and paid for a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
3. Group bookings attend public screenings therefore they need to be able to attend at the allotted public screen time. The cinema screening week starts every Thursday and screen times are updated online every Wednesday prior. Staff will rope off cinema seating for 50+ groups to ensure you are all seated together. Tickets can still be purchased online and the food and beverage packages must be paid for as one transaction before supply. Please advise us once tickets have been purchased so we can prepare for your food/beverage purchase. Otherwise you can request we send a combined invoice for the tickets and the food and beverage package that must be paid 48 hours prior.
